This has both infuriated me and been the source of many a work battle. For reasons unknown, there are those who simply refuse to cleave to convention, even when there’s no reason not to. I’ll have to try to remember the actual quote.
Lord knows, I’ve worked with plenty a fool. Can be done, if you’re adept at keeping them from causing damage.
